BOMB LEXMARK!!

One advice...NEVER purchase ANYTHING from Lexmark!! not only their printers suck, so does the company itself!!
Summary: bought a Lexmark printer from the melaka IT fair.used it once. didn't work the next day. called the shop in melaka. was told to call the Lexmark company. CALLED the lexmark company. was told to go to some service centre in subang. from there, i was supposed to call lexmark again to get a case number. so that's what i did today (more like yesterday). went ALL the way to the service centre. called lexmark. the guy on the line said i hafta fax the receipt to them. YA! like we carry fax machines around with us wherever we go!! person at service centre said not necessary to fax receipt. called lexmark again. same idiot said he cant give me the case number. drove ALL the way to AYA to use fax machine. faxed the receipt. drove BACK to the called lexmark. line busy....still busy....busy...busy...patience running low. left subang to send lenard back for his 5pm class. still busy...when finally got through, they said they can't find the fax. they can't even find the serial no of my printer. kesimpulannya, lexmark sucks!! wasted SO much credit calling the company.. n petrol driving around subang.
If not for the 2 wonderful people, leona & lenard who temaned me there, my day would have been shit. Sometimes i think God wants to teach me patience...n how to deal with anger...but i usually fail...sigh*
